How do I register?

You can register by clicking on the "Register" link at the top right corner of the homepage. Please provide the information in the form that appears. The form and fields are self-explanatory and easy to use. You can review the terms and conditions, and submit the registration information. There is no need to provide payment information when you register.

Do I have to necessarily register to shop on Cornergrocery?

Your registration and selection of locality will help Corner Grocery identify where the delivery will need to be made. Therefore, the order will be sent to the nearest Merchant to pick and pack and deliver to you within the stipulated time.

Can I have multiple registrations?

Each email address and contact phone number can only be associated with only one cornergrocery account.

Can I add more than one delivery address in an account?

Yes, you can add up to 3 delivery addresses in your cornergrocery account. However, remember that every time you start shopping, you need to indicate the delivery locality. In address. In addition all items placed in a single order can only be delivered to one address, even if they are within the same locality. So If you want different products delivered to different addresses, then you need to place them as separate orders.

Can I have multiple accounts with same mobile number and email id?

Each email address and phone number can be associated with only one cornergrocery account.

Can I have multiple accounts for members in my family with different mobile number and email address but same or common delivery address?

Yes .Up to three members in a family can have the same address provided the email address and phone number associated with the accounts are unique.

What is My Account?

My Account is the section you reach after you log in at My Account allows you to change passwords, update contact details (except email id and mobile number), track your active orders, credit note details as well as see your order history. You can also use your order history to reorder the same items instead of going through the whole process once again.

How do I reset my password?

You need to enter your registered email address on the Login page and click on forgot password. An email with a reset password will be sent to your registered email address. Using this, you can log in and then change password upon first login. In case of any further issues please contact our customer care team.

What are credit notes & where can I see my credit notes?

Credit notes reflect the amount of money which you have in credit in your Cornergrocery account to use against future purchases. This is calculated by deducting your total order value minus undelivered / returned value for a given order(s). You can see this in "My Account" under credit note details.

What is My Orders?

My Orders is a list of all the items previously ordered by you on This enables you to shop quickly and easily in future.

What are the modes of payment?

You can pay for your order on using the following modes of payment:

a. Cash / Payment by Card on delivery

b. Credit and debit cards (All VISA / Master card)

Are there any other charges or taxes in addition to the price shown? Is VAT added to the invoice?

There is no VAT. However, GST will be applicable as per Government Rules & Regulations.

Is it safe to use my credit/ debit card on cornergrocery?

Yes it is absolutely safe to use your card on cornergrocery. The payment / transaction is encrypted with 64bit security. This means the payment is made through a secure server. In addition, a recent directive from RBI makes it mandatory to have an additional authentication pass code verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (Master Secure Code) which has to be entered by online shoppers while paying online using visa or master credit card. It means extra security for customers, thus making online shopping safer

What is the meaning of cash on delivery?

Cash on delivery means that you can pay for your order at the time of order delivery at your doorstep.

What is the meaning of Payment on Delivery?

Payment on Delivery means you can pay for your order upon delivery at your doorstep. You can choose to pay by Credit / Debit Card or cash.

If I pay by credit / Debit card how do I get the amount back for items not delivered / returned?

If we are not able to deliver all the items in your order and you have already paid for them online, the balance amount will be refunded to your cornergrocery account as store credit and you can use it at any time against your future orders. Should you want it to be credited to your bank account please contact our customer support team and we will refund it back on to your card.

Where do I enter the coupon code?

Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will be prompted to select a payment method. On the payment method page there is a box where you can enter any evoucher/ coupon code that you have. The amount will automatically be deducted from your invoice value.

When will I receive my order?

Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will be prompted to select a payment method. Upon Completion of this step, your order will be sent to one of the Merchants in your locality listed under the ‘My Stores’ section. The merchant checks all the items on the order and accepts / confirms the order. Once the merchant checks and confirms, your order will be delivered within 30 minutes.

How will the delivery be done?

We have a dedicated team of delivery personnel in every locality. These Delivery Executives will pick up the order from the Merchant and deliver it to your doorstep.

How do I change the delivery info (address to which I want products delivered)?

When you start adding products to your cart a popup will ask for your delivery locality confirmation. In case you want the delivery at different address you need to select that option at this stage. The new delivery address can be added at the checkout stage. Kindly note if you have selected existing locality as your delivery option, the system will not allow you to make any changes to the address. Therefore kindly make an informed choice when you start adding products to the cart. 

How much are the delivery charges?

Corner Grocery charges Rs.50 as delivery charge for orders below Rs.750 and Rs.25 for orders between Rs.751 and Rs.999. There is no delivery charge for orders above Rs.1000.

Do you deliver in my area?

At the top of the home page in cornergrocery website, there is a link that has all the localities that we deliver to. You can check that. In addition, you can also type your locality or Pincode to see if we deliver in your locality.

Will someone inform me if my order delivery gets delayed?

In case of a delay, our customer care team will keep you updated about your delivery. If the delay is beyond 60 minutes, we will credit 10% of the order value into your cornergrocery account. You can adjust this in your next purchase.

What is the minimum order for delivery?

There is no minimum order value.

Do you have delivery slots?

At cornergrocery we do not have any delivery slots. That’s because we deliver your order in 30 minutes from the time Merchant accepts the order.

Do you club more than one order and deliver?

No. At cornergrocery, we do not club orders and deliveries. Each order is as important as the next one. Therefore, each order is picked, packed and delivered independently.

What is a cut-off time and what are the corresponding cut-off timing for deliveries?

The last order for the day will be 8.30 PM. The close of delivery hours will be 9PM unless otherwise stated in the website.

However, you can continue to order from cornergrocery and the same will be delivered on priority on the next day.

Can I change my order delivery time at the time of palcing the order?

Yes you can. During the process of Check out, you will be taken to a order confirmation section. In this section you need to confirm all the details. So in case you need the delivery at a particular time you can choose that using the drop down menu. Your order will be delivered at that time.

How do I add or remove products after placing my order?

Once you have placed your order you will not be able to make modifications on the website. Please contact our customer care team for any modification of order.

Is it possible to order an item which is out of stock?

No you can only order products which are in stock. We try to ensure availability of all products on our website however due to supply chain issues sometimes this is not possible

How do I check the current status of my order?

Post login, you can track the progress of your order in real time in the My Account section. Both on the web and your mobile app.

How do I check which items were not available from my order? Will someone inform me about the items unavailable in my order before delivery?

You will receive an email as well as an sms about unavailable items before the delivery of your order.

When and how can I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order before the Merchant completes the picking and packing process. In case the cancellation is done post order was packed and handed over to the delivery executive a nominal convenience fee would be charged. Currently that is Rs.50.

If the order is a prepaid order, then the money will be refunded into your cornergrocery wallet in 7 working days.

The cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund value in case of a prepaid order and in the CoD orders, the customer’s account will be debited and the same needs to be settled along with the next purchase.

Why is there an order cancellation fee?

We charge an order cancellation fee to compensate for the time and effort incurred towards processing an order.

Every order placed has to undergo a system driven process as well as a manual process in order to make sure the order reaches our customers on time, every time. The Merchant, Delivery Executives, Customer Care and other departments have to work in sync to deliver your order on time. In addition, as cornergrocery treats every order as the most important order, the system will not let the Merchant and the Delivery executive to move to the next until the status on the current order is closed. During the event of a cancellation the entire process has to be stopped and reset. This takes up considerable processing time and effort.

What You Receive Is What You Pay For

At the time of delivery, we advise you to kindly check every item as in the invoice. Please report any missing item that is invoiced.

Exchange - Refund

We have a "no questions asked exchange and refund policy" which entitles all our Customers to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back and exchange it for a new product of your choice. In the event that no suitable product is available or for any other reason the product needs to be cancelled, the value of the cancelled product will be credited to your cornergrocery account and you can adjust the same in your next purchase.

Will I get the offers that are listed in the cornergrocery website at the stores listed under ‘My Stores’?

No. The offers are exclusively made by cornergrocery. The Merchant is a partner in fuflfillment. Therefore the same offers are not available to you at the store.

What do I do if an item is defective (broken, leaking, expired)?

We have a no questions asked exchange – refund policy. In case you are not satisfied with a product received you can return it to the delivery personnel at time of delivery or you can contact our customer care team and we will do the needful.

Can I make payment using Sodexo Meal Passes / Ticket Restaurant Meal passes for Specialty orders?

Unfortunately, you cannot pay for products using meal passes. However, we are working with them to include them also as a payment option. We will update status in the near future.
